What is it? An individual digital X-ray is used to show us how your teeth look on the inside. Unlike traditional x-rays these require minimal radiation, they use special sensors to send the image to the computer, so that they may be examined immediately at different intensities and sizes as deemed necessary, so as to give the best diagnosis possible. They also make it easier for you to send them to your Insurance company or to other doctors is needed.

How much does it cost? $40 USD.

Is Anesthetic needed? No
How long does it take? it can take 10 - 15 minutes for a series of X-rays.

Digital Panoramic Radiography

pano.jpg

What is it? As the name states this is a panoramic image of the full structure of your teeth, including the top and bottom maxillars, with this we can detect any structures or problems in your teeth or adjacent tissues that would not be possible with an individual x-ray. From Cavities, fractures, infections, teeth that are out of place, wisdom teeth or even broken teeth. It can even be used to detect much more complicated problems such as tumors or complicated infection.
In Bajadentistry by
Odontologia Integral de Mexico we have a modern, top of the line machine that takes these x-rays so that they can be seen immediately on our computers and provide results and a diagnosis for our patients as fast as possible.
